Mr Jinsong Zhang, chief engineer of SZWG, prof. senior engineer, and Ph.D. supervisor of Harbin Institute of Technology, director for Science and Technology Committee of China Urban Water Supply and Drainage Association, member of expert group for drinking water of national water pollution control and treatment, deputy director of evaluation committee of Water Supply and Drainage Science and Engineering of higher education of Ministry Housing (MoHURD).

Undertaken a number of National Science and Technology Key Projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China of 10th, 11th and 12th five-year plan, taken in charge of number of projects such as advanced treatment of BJS DWTP, biological safety control on BAC filters in Meilin DWTP, he received China Construction Science and Technology Award, “China Water Industry Influential Person” of Management and Industry Contribution Award, and titled of technical leading talent for national environment protection major of EPB and many other honors.
