Mr PAN Shujie is the General Manager of Integrated Business Department of China Overseas Holding Ltd (COHL). Prior to joining COHL, he had been an Executive Director and Chief Engineer of China State Construction International Holding Limited (3311.HK). He holds B.S. from the Southeast University and M.S. from the University of Warwick (UK). Mr Pan is a member of HKIE and the council member of CIC. He has more than 30 years’ experience in construction and cooperate management. He is the author of more than 16 technical papers and received more than 11 science awards from national and provincial level. In 2017 he was awarded “Excellent Chief Engineer of National Construction Industry” by China Construction Industry Association.

Mr PAN has extensive experience in water related projects. Under his supervision, CSCI has successfully completed more than twenty WSD and DSD projects in Hong Kong since 1988. One of these projects, The Harbour Area Treatment Scheme (HATS) had been awarded the 15th Tien-yow Jeme Civil Engineering Prize （詹天佑獎）in 2017.
